Unf*ck your life by destroying your mind

It’s not about fixing your life.

It’s about understanding the source of the things that make you feel you have a f*cked up life.

It may befit you to read that again.

But if you don’t, that isn’t bad.

It just shows that your mind has become complacent.

And that for the rest of this letter, it will stay on the couch inside the left part of your brain.

Uninterested in the information coming inside the right part of your brain.

If I simply told you the secret that will make you unf*ck your life today, you wouldn’t do it.

You wouldn’t try it.

Just look at all the other 7 steps of a Stoic, 10 Monk Mode Rules, and Ancient Techniques.

Most of these things you haven’t tried.
Some you did, but they didn’t last.
And virtually nothing you still ‘do’.

Radical self-experimentation is the only way.
All the others are gone by Sunday.

The walks into a far distant, unknown land, where you connect the dots by yourself.

Are the only walks that lead you to your destination.

You will leave this letter, without lasting change in your life.
That is the truth for 99% who are reading this.

Because a human always defaults to his defaults.

Unless this person is more desperate than he is comfortable.

Only when his back is against the last wall standing, he acts.

Pain of staying the same > Pain of change
This is when he starts walking.

This is when you start to understand the source of the things that make you feel you have a f*cked up life.

How can you fix a leak in a roof,
If you don’t know where the leak is?

How are you going to win the lottery,
If you don’t know where to claim your prize?

How can you unf*ck your life,
If you don’t know where it’s f*cked?

You see?

Don’t try to stop the waterfall of pain.
Find the root of the river where problems flow from.

So what I am about to say next, doesn’t hit home until you’re ready.
But I’ll say it anyway because there might be 1 person reading who is.

The mind is the source of all your pain and problems in your life.

To be more specific, it is at the root of these 5 traps:

Need
Instruction
Self-Image
Attachment
Conditioning

NEED

You ‘need’ Netflix to escape from your problems and feel good.
You ‘need’ your phone to not feel lonely.
You ‘need’ the Gym to feel ‘healthy’.

Don’t believe me, just take them away and see how you feel…

You even ‘need’ people who walk by to smile back.

99% are imprisoned in the cage of ‘need’
The 1% who has realized, may find a way out

INSTRUCTION

Instructions don’t work.

You learned to drink by yourself.
You learned to walk by yourself.
You learned to eat by yourself.

Except for Ikea furniture, everything worthwhile in life is self-taught.

Once again, don’t believe me…just look at your own life.

Anyone who believes they need a coach to become the #1 fighter in the world,

Has not realized the genius of the self-taught human.

So, keep following coaches and their instructions and see where it brings you.

SELF-IMAGE

The source of many problems in my life.

The self-image of the successful entrepreneur who has many employees and makes lots of revenue.

That was my self-image for a long time.
And that is what I got.
I made over $4M in Revenue & hired over 45 people.

And it may befit you to find out your self-image.
And see if it is what you truly want to be.

The truth is that most of us do things for external reasons.
You want things because other people imply they are ‘good’ for you.

CONDITIONING

This is the trap of conditioning.

Do you want the Lamborghini if you were the only human on earth?
Do you want the Rolex or Gucci shoes if you were here alone?

You wouldn’t give a f*ck.
That’s the truth.

But you are so conditioned, that you can’t help yourself.

The serious person may spend time alone to uncondition himself from anything and everything that is done or wanted for other people, so he may finally find out what it is that HE wants HIMSELF.

It reminds me of a quote from Alan Watts, that I first heard when I was ±12.

“I love you so much I could eat you”.

When we get something we like, we get attached to it.
When we ‘love’ someone, we fear the person will leave.
This fear causes an enormous amount of suffering.

ATTACHMENT

Once again caused by the mind.

So to unf*ck your life, you must eliminate the mind.

Not reducing the mind.
But destroying it.

No mind at all.

No self-improvement.
Self perfection.

Because why feel happy for a day to feel pain again tomorrow?

Why calm the mind on Sunday,
But have it raging again on Monday?

BUT.

It won’t last if it becomes another chase.

If you want to unf*ck your life

Don’t chase it, like:
• Monk Mode
• 75 Hard
• Nofap
True desire is the only way

So what do you desire?

That’s my question.

Quick fixes fade, like stars at dawn,
Leaving us the same, as time moves on.

Destroy the mind, break free from the chains,
In its absence, true freedom remains.

In own realizations, lies the key,
To unf*ck your life, and finally see free.
